Who We Are… we provide contract manufacturing services to a variety of original equipment manufacturers in the plastics, die casting, metal forming and wind energy industries.
Heavy Fabrication….Our capabilities start with heavy fabrication. Our burn tables can flame cut steel plate up to 10.5” and our full service weld and forming shop can handle fabrications up to 60 US tons.
Large Boring, Milling and Turning…Our horizontal machining capabilities support a part envelope of 192” (V) x 360” (H) with a lifting capacity of 100 tons. Our boring capabilities can support diameters up to 120” and a reach of up to 72”.
Specialized Machining…We also have several unique manufacturing capabilities that include thread rolling for tie bars and strain rods and plasma transfer arc (PTA) welding for powder hardfacing. We also can “whirl” the OD of your complex part geometry and our “mill-turn” capabilities allow us to machine many parts in one set-up.
Heat Treating... Our heat treating capabilities include flame hardening, plasma arc transfer welding for hard-facing and gas nitriding.
