Taylor’s Support Services a division of Taylor’s Industrial Services, LLC has adopted the following warranty procedure:
When a customer calls to order any “warranty” item, whether the part is under warranty or whether the machine is under warranty, the customer must issue a purchase order to cover the sale price of the part. (Someone in TSS will quote this price to you)
Once TSS has received the purchase order the customer will be issued an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) – No boxes will be accepted from the freight company without the RMA# on the outside of the box in a clear visible place.
After the part has been received back at TSS the part will be evaluated for credit. In the event that the part comes back from evaluation as “warranty” the customer will be issued full credit for the part. If the part comes back from evaluation with the result that the part had failed for any reason not covered in the warranty terms then the customer will not be issued credit and will be expected to pay for the part in full.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges, unless prior agreements have been made.
