| TSS has a full staff to engineer, design, manufacture and install a full line of mechanical upgrade for your machinery needs. We can upgrade Injection Molding and Die Casting machines as well as our entire line of Extrusion and Sheet line equipment.
For Injection Molding we offer new screws and improved screw designs, barrels and non return valves, as well as resizing your current injection units or even adapt your vane motors to the new piston motor designs. We can offer hydraulic and mechanical up grades to the cores and ejector circuits as well as adding additional air blow.
Die Casting upgrades include new motorized die height mechanism as well as additional tie bar pullers. We can also replace the POC checks and poppets with new material technology and replace cast iron shot piston rings to the new impregnated designs. We can even add “Servo shot” technology all the way up to an entirely new shop cylinder assembly.
Extrusion and Sheet lines can be upgraded with new gear boxes, melt pumps, screws and barrels, polish and green rolls as well as blowers and conveyors. We have an entire line od barrel heads, gates, and “quick clamps” for easier tooling changes.

| Control system replacement can cost many thousands of dollars and weeks to install while board testing and repair is more timely and less costly. |

| We’ll accept your control boards for evaluation and testing, and turn them around in 5-10 workdays from receipt. Board repair may take longer if components need to be ordered. |

| TSS is developing a Low Cost Controller for machine control upgrades in the Summer of 2007. The initial target is HPMs Command II, and III systems.
