| This custom press was designed for a first tier automotive supplier. The press is used to mold interior auto parts. This unique looking press was designed so the tonnage could be expanded to 50 tons at a later date.
The hydraulics of this press includes 15 GPM, constant delivery vane pump, and a 10 GPM-piston pump at 1800 RPM. Also included is an auxiliary hydraulic system to operate the customers hydraulic power slide.
Light curtain on four sides guard the work area. An air operated safety latch on the platen was also provided. |
